Oplossing:
1. Haal het vinkje weg (uncheck) bij de Anonymous user van "IIS\Directory security\Authentication and access control"
2. Voeg de BCProxy user toe aan de lokale Administration-group op de IIS-server.
3. Herstart daarna IIS and AX.
